The Khedrup Foundation runs three ongoing programs alongside its work on the monastery and academy. Each meets a specific need in the community Khedrupchen Rinpoche grew up in and now serves.

Monmo Tashi Khyidren Initiative

For Monks of Sangchen Ogyen Tsuklag, plus rural children

Bi-annual food provisions, healthcare support, and warm clothing for the monastic community. Named after the 8th-century Bhutanese princess and Padmasambhava's consort who founded the monastery.

Siddhartha's Wisdom Club

For Young people ages 7–18

A Buddhist-inspired youth program addressing depression, loneliness, and environmental disconnection through mindfulness, art-integrated meditation, Buddhist arts (painting, calligraphy, storytelling), and stewardship projects.

Om Ame Dewa Senior Club

For 40+ senior citizens

Regular gatherings for circumambulation, prayer, chanting, and recitation of the 'Om Ame Dewa Hri' Amitabha mantra — providing spiritual comfort and community connection for elderly practitioners.

These programs run on offerings.

Venues are donated, leaders volunteer. Funds cover meals, art supplies, healthcare, warm clothing, and small honoraria.
